S.C.F.A. core values are an integral part of our club, they set the standard for behavior and performance. Coaches, players and parents are asked to learn and live by core values to help them become better mentors, players and better spectators.

Mutual respect and great sportsmanship is an important factor of our clubs image. We demonstrate respect for this sport, by expressing our passion to the beautiful game. We expect all members to conduct themselves respectfully to our core values, culture, Identity and traditions. To always exercise them with honesty and integrity. We work hard to earn the respect of others so we can get the same respect back. Our respectful behavior demonstrates positive vibes around our environment. We strive to behave and respect all others that we come into contact with; Coaches, players, opponents, supporters and the referees. We sincerely respect the facilities we use and facilities or fields they let exhibit our development.
Team Work;
We welcome all players with or with no experience. We believe everyone has different level of experience and recognized their development might be different. We work with different talent and make sure we work together to bring out the best in each other. We make sure we play, succeed, and triumph as a team. Working with the teams needs and not be selfish to ones needs.

We believe in chasing your dreams can be challenging. We actively pursue in making sure all members achieve their goals and challenge ourselves to become better every day. We encourage players to demonstrate bravery, demonstrate focus, take initiative and learn from their mistakes.
