MISSION – PLAYING STYLE PHILOSOPHY – CULTURE & IDENTITY

Mission:

Ensure the highest standards are implemented in our youth development by facilitating the best training environment and resources for player growth. Player development with enjoyment of participating and building character, trust, motivation, and passion for the game within the clubs development structure.

Soccer Philosophy:

At S.C.F.A. our priorities are the players vision, awareness, tactics, and instincts. We adapt to what is expect in a game-like experience by observing, teaching, and explaining the game experiences. Developmental experience by playing out of the back, playing through the lines and creating scoring opportunities. We keep it simple, organized, and players decision making actions are held accountable based on their roles or responsibilities.

S.C.F.A.  Identity:

S.C.F.A club identity is to lead and have players exposed their successful development at top venues or events. At S.C.F.A. we obsess in improving the players soccer IQ level. By having him/her experience it in our attractive style of play that focuses dominating possession, successful finishing tactics, and building players/teams rapport.

S.C.F.A.  Culture:

Our club culture primary focus is that coaches perform satisfactory with the club’s mission and philosophy. We expect coaches educate themselves with a huge emphasis on player and team development. S.C.F.A. coaches understand that education thru U.S Soccer Federation or other educating platforms is key to identifying player development training sessions based on age characteristics. Players at S.C.F.A. understand the level of commitment of the coaches to their development based on how much feedback and care they receive on an individual basis.
